At Dilari Drapes, we take great care to ensure the quality of our sarees. Since each piece is handcrafted and often limited edition, we follow a strict no-return, no-exchange policy, except in cases of manufacturing defects or wrong product delivery.
Eligibility for Return
- Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Clear photos/videos of the defect must be shared with our support team via WhatsApp: 9515219715.
Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- For pre-paid orders, partial refunds may be issued if applicable; shipping charges are non-refundable.
